Richard Dias is a hands-on Solutions Architect and the co-founder of 1Digit, bringing over 18 years of experience as a Sitecore specialist, development lead, and CTO. Richard has held various technical leadership roles, including Solutions Architect positions at Avanade and ASOS.com, and has led projects at companies such as Euromoney Institutional Investor and Coforge. Currently, Richard is a Senior Developer and Solutions Architect at International SOS, focusing on AI solution architecture projects. Richard earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering from The University of Auckland.
