Caroline Lai is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and fundraising within the nonprofit sector.
Currently holding the position of Deputy Director of Programs at the International Rescue Committee since July 2013, Caroline has also served as Emergency Deputy Director of Programs, Grants and Fundraising Coordinator, Grants Coordinator, and Grants Manager during tenure at the organization. Prior experience includes work as a Program Assistant at Aga Khan Foundation USA and as a Civil Society Watch Programme Intern at CIVICUS, alongside a role as an Education Volunteer with the Peace Corps.
