Shawn C. is an accomplished Quality Professional and College Instructor with over 25 years of experience in quality assurance and engineering. Currently serving as the Lead QA Engineer at International Quality Consultants, they oversee all utility-related QA/QC contracts and personnel globally. Previously, Shawn held a leadership role in Quality Control at GE Power & Water from 2010 to 2014 and was a Lead Petty Officer in the US Navy, where they specialized in non-destructive testing.
