Mark Coscia, Esq., CPA, is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in international tax planning and compliance. Currently serving as the Head of Global Tax at International Materials LLC since April 2022, Mark previously held the position of Associate Director of Tax at Carrier, where leadership was provided for the $4B Refrigeration business unit. Prior roles include Director of Global Tax at Cognizant and Vice President of International Tax Planning at CIT. Mark began his career as an International Tax Attorney at EY and worked in various capacities related to audit, tax, and financial advisory at Deloitte. Mark holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, a Juris Doctor from New York Law School, and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Villanova University, both with honors.
