Former roles include Manager of the Global Flavors PMO, where responsibilities included managing Re-Imagine innovation flavor projects and enhancing product launch strategies. Neelima's career also encompasses significant positions at Pharmacopeia, Novartis, DGI Biotechnologies, and Johnson & Johnson, with a focus on biological assays and high throughput screening.
