Natascha Scheldt van Deurs is currently the Global Legal Director for Food Ingredients at IFF and has held the position of Regional Legal Director (attorney-at-law) at International Flavors & Fragrances since 2021. Natascha's past experiences include serving as an Attorney at DLA Piper, where they specialized in Finance, Projects, and Restructuring, as well as holding various legal advisory roles at Københavns Retshjælp and Jet Time. They earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Copenhagen and obtained their Cand.jur. degrees from both the University of Nottingham and the University of Copenhagen. Natascha began their legal career as a law student at Amagerbanken and MAQS Law Firm.
