Charles Cormier is the Regional Director of Infrastructure for Europe and Central Asia at The World Bank, a position held since 2021. Previously, they served in various roles within The World Bank, including Program Leader for Sustainable Development in India and Senior Carbon Finance Specialist. They also worked as a Senior Policy Advisor at Environment Canada from 1990 to 2001. Charles earned a Master of Applied Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Toronto between 1988 and 1990.
