Prior to joining IDRC, Patricia worked within the federal public service, academia, and at the Canadian Museum of History. Through these positions she has acquired extensive experience in strategic communications, issues management, corporate strategy, policy and program development, fundraising, and stakeholder relations. Patricia holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree in English language and literature, both from Carleton University.
