Robert Boy, MS, is a visionary communication leader with over two decades of experience in communication, public relations, and organizational change management. Currently serving as the Director of Communications and Change Management at Intermountain Health, they lead strategic communication initiatives for the Epic electronic health record implementation. Previous roles include Communication Director at Providence, where they developed comprehensive communication strategies, and various positions within organizations such as OHSU and Centene Corporation. Robert holds multiple master's degrees in Management and Business Administration from Western Governors University and a bachelor's degree in Communication from Washington State University.
