Heather Flynn Rayburn, MPA, FACHE, has extensive experience in cardiovascular imaging and healthcare education. Heather worked as an Education Coordinator at Intermountain Healthcare from 2007 to 2010, where responsibilities included initiating and managing echocardiography-focused Grand Rounds. Prior roles at Intermountain included serving as a Cardiac Sonographer/Vascular Technologist and Director of Cardiovascular Imaging and Program Development. Heather also founded Rayburn Imaging, developing an independent cardiac ultrasound imaging service. As an Adjunct Faculty Member at Brigham Young University since 2016, Heather teaches healthcare leadership courses and facilitates networking for students with healthcare leaders. Previous experience includes a Research Cardiac Sonographer position at the University of Utah and a decade-long role at Heart Center/Mountain West Cardiology. Heather holds a degree from Brigham Young University and has also contributed to education as a science teacher at Carden Memorial School.
