Tim Fuzesi is currently the Managing Director and Head of North America Real Estate at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG), a role they have held since 2024. Previously, Tim served as Managing Director at CrossHarbor Capital Partners from 2022 to 2023 and at Safanad from 2017 to 2022. They also held positions as an Investment Professional at Apollo Global Management LLC from 2008 to 2011, Managing Director at Building and Land Technology from 2013 to 2017, and Vice President of Acquisitions at Starwood Capital Group from 2011 to 2013. Tim graduated from Princeton University in 2004.
