We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Operations Executive to join our Paphos-based team. Responsibilities:

As an Operations Executive, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations efficient and aligned with our business goals. Your responsibilities will include:

Operational Management

  • Oversee and streamline daily operational processes to ensure efficiency and timeliness.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental efforts (technical, sales, customer service) to align objectives and enhance workflows.
  • Manage procurement, inventory, and logistics to maintain a well-equipped office.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, minimizing disruptions.

Office Administration

  • Develop and implement office procedures to improve organization and efficiency.
  • Maintain records, correspondence, and documentation with attention to detail.
  • Organize and manage team schedules, meetings, and events.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

Executive Support

  • Assist the CEO with scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for meetings and strategic discussions.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project follow-ups.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
