Rachel Montgomery is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 13 years of experience in the mental health field, focusing on both adults and youth. They graduated from Lindsey Wilson College in 2012 with a Master of Education in Counseling and Human Development. Currently, Rachel serves as the Assistant Director of Community Based Services for Intercept Health, where they have played a crucial role in developing and implementing School Based Outpatient Services across Virginia, while also providing residency supervision and training clinicians. Rachel has previously held positions at Mount Rogers Community Services Board and LifeBridge Counseling LLC, including roles as a Recovery Counselor and Regional Manager of Outpatient Services.
