Joanna Schoneveld is a seasoned professional in risk governance and operational risk management, currently serving as the Leader at Interac Corp. since January 2019. Joanna has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including positions in Fraud Product Management, Fraud Services Delivery, Fraud Technology & Operational Enablement, and Fraud Programs. Prior to her tenure at Interac Corp., Joanna was with Acxsys Corporation / Interac Association from August 2005 to December 2018, progressing through various roles such as Senior Manager, Manager, Specialist, and Fraud Analyst within Fraud Programs. Joanna holds a Mini MBA from McGill University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.
