William Swinton MBE is an accomplished security executive with extensive experience in diplomatic security training, risk management consulting, and military leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Diplomatic Security Training at Inter-Con Security, MBE has held key roles including Principal Consultant at Riley Risk Inc., Executive Vice President and Managing Director at Panthera Training, and various positions within GardaWorld Federal Services where significant contributions to training and operational success were made. MBE's military background includes over 25 years in the British Army, culminating in senior appointments such as Commanding Officer of the 1st Battalion Scots Guards and Assistant CDS Liaison Officer to the US Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
