Philip Menna is a seasoned law enforcement professional with nearly three decades of experience. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Inter-Con Security and previously holding various commanding roles at the Michigan State Police, they have expertly overseen operations across multiple worksites in Metro Detroit. Philip's core competencies include risk management, corporate security, and emergency preparedness, complemented by their certification as a Professional Certified Investigator (PCI) from ASIS International. They are dedicated to fostering collaboration between community groups and law enforcement to enhance public safety through ethical leadership. Philip is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Wayne State University and has attended the FBI National Academy.
