Guilherme Cestaro is a Product Designer with extensive experience at Inter since May 2021, focusing on design systems and user experience. Contributions to Inter include the development and maintenance of the company's Design System, as well as designing a pet health insurance product through user research and data analysis. Prior to Inter, Guilherme served as a Marketing Analyst and intern at Platos Educação, gaining skills in graphic design, event planning, and performance reporting. Earlier experience includes working as a Civil Engineering Analyst and intern at CG Projetos e Consultoria Ltda. Guilherme holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais and dual Bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering from both Universidade FUMEC and the University of Toronto.
