Intentional Churches exists to create a movement of churches, from all denominations and backgrounds, with an active and renewable plan to double their Great Commission impact. The plans will utilize tried and tested team processes and tools facilitated by experienced church leaders. These facilitators will humbly challenge and lend perspective through the planning process. Intentional Churches will then follow up with the accountability and coaching needed to follow through on the planning and insight. We will train leaders within the churches so the planning process can live on without us. Finally, we will convene learning, training, and mentoring environments where churches and leaders will learn from one another and spur each other to grow.

Utilizing proven tools and processes, the team provides expert guidance, accountability, and training to ensure churches can independently maintain their plans. Additionally, they create collaborative environments for learning and mentorship among churches and leaders.

Coaching and Facilitation

The Leadership Team at Intentional Churches, consisting of the CEO, President & Co-founder, and Chief Product Officer, is responsible for setting the strategic vision and direction of the organization. They oversee the development and refinement of tools and processes to help churches double their Great Commission impact, ensuring effective training, accountability, and coaching for sustained success. Additionally, they foster collaborative learning environments to support church leaders and perpetuate growth across denominations.

Leadership Team

The Operations team at Intentional Churches ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of all organizational processes, including logistical support for church facilitator activities, coordination of regional events, and implementation of accountability and coaching programs. They work closely with regional directors and other departments to maintain seamless communication, manage resources, and support the ongoing training and mentoring initiatives.
