Puneesh Puri is a Sr. Principal Engineer at Intel Corporation with 17 years of experience in the Nano Technology and Semiconductor industry. They currently lead package design execution for Intel's Server, Networking, and AI product portfolios, managing design schedules and conducting design reviews. Puneesh previously worked in process development focused on Thin Films at Intel and completed research on Computational/Nano Scale Modeling at the Propulsion Engineering Research Center. They hold a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, a Master's in Thermal-Fluid Sciences, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from prestigious institutions.
