Currently serving as a Board Member for Global Pearls, Arlene previously held various roles at Intel, including Facilities Sourcing Manager and HR and Professional Services Sourcing Category Lead, where they managed global sourcing and developed complex benefit plans for over 100,000 employees. Arlene's educational background includes pursuing an MBA and a Bachelor's and Master's in Industrial Engineering from De La Salle University and Arizona State University, respectively.
