Elizabeth Ersland has extensive experience in nursing, currently serving as an RN Clinical Reimbursement Specialist at INTEGRIS Health since June 2007, where responsibilities include reviewing clinical documentation and electronic health records for charge capture. Elizabeth has also held roles as an Emergency Department Charge Capture RN and Charge Nurse, focusing on patient care, safety, and employee development in high-stress environments. Additionally, Elizabeth continues to work as an Emergency Room Nurse at INTEGRIS HEALTH EDMOND INC since July 2018, prioritizing patient care and working collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams to adjust patient care plans. Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and holds an additional Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Oklahoma.
