Peilin Chen currently serves as a Principal Scientist at Integrated DNA Technologies, Danaher, leading rhAmpSeq runway for the development of NGS applications in amplicon sequencing since May 2021. Previously, Peilin held the position of Sr. Staff Scientist at the same company and was a key contributor at Fluidigm Corporation as a Sr. Staff Scientist and Project Lead for over a decade, managing assay panel developments for various targets while also improving multiplex PCR amplification chemistry. Peilin's extensive experience includes roles at Bio-Rad Laboratories where projects led to significant advancements in immunoassay technologies. Peilin's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy.
