Adam Clore is an accomplished professional in the field of life sciences, currently serving as Director of Technology R&D at Integrated DNA Technologies since July 2010. Clore leads multiple R&D teams focused on advancing tools and processes in Synthetic Biology, CRISPR, and nucleic acid synthesis. With previous roles as Technical Director and Manager at Integrated DNA Technologies, Clore has overseen product development, client relationships, and innovative research initiatives. Additionally, Clore contributes to the academic community as a member of the Internal Biosafety Review Committee at The University of Iowa. Clore's extensive background includes postdoctoral research at Oregon Health and Science University and earlier research positions at Portland State University and Integrated DNA Technologies. Clore holds a Ph.D. in Biology from Portland State University and a BS in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Northern Iowa.
