Laura Rivera currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis at Integra LifeSciences while also being an actively serving member of the East Norriton Township Board of Supervisors, having been reelected in November 2023. Previously, Laura held the position of Senior Finance Director for Financial Planning & Analysis at Kenvue, where responsibilities included shaping FP&A strategy as part of its spin-out from Johnson & Johnson via IPO. Laura's extensive experience at Johnson & Johnson included roles such as Senior Finance Director for FP&A Global Process Owner, Finance Director for MedTech Supply Chain, and Senior Finance Manager for MedTech New Business Development. Earlier, Laura served as a School Board Director for the Norristown Area School District. Laura holds an M.B.A. in Accounting and Strategic Planning from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Chestnut Hill College.
