Sebastien Lepage, CPA, CA, is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance & Budgets and Accounts Receivable for Intact in the Quebec region since 2016. In this capacity, Sebastien oversees an A/R team of 80 employees, focusing on billing system automation, financial controls, and budgeting, while managing operations across two sites and developing transformational strategies. Prior to this role, Sebastien spent six years at Aimia Inc., first as General Manager and Regional Controller, driving corporate accounting and financial reporting across Canada and parts of the US, as well as overseeing a 35-member team. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Controller at Aeroplan Canada Inc., where responsibilities included leading accounting efforts for a loyalty marketing service. Sebastien holds a DESSCP in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from HEC Montréal, obtained in 2003.
