André Lepage is a Senior Litigator at the Montreal office of the Legal Department - Claims of Intact Insurance Company. Prior to this role, André served as a partner at Nicholl Paskell-Mede, starting their career there in 1996 after completing articles at a large Montreal law firm. With extensive experience in civil litigation, André has represented clients before various courts and tribunals, focusing on areas such as insurance law, civil liability defense, and professional liability defense. André holds an LL.B and LL.L, both earned magna cum laude, from the Université d'Ottawa.
