Jason Naufel has extensive experience in customer success and technical support, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Instructure since November 2015, following roles as L2 and L1 Technical Support Engineer within the same company. Prior to this, Jason worked as a Customer Services Specialist at First Data Corporation from August 2013 to November 2015 and held a similar position at O2 (Telefónica UK) in 2013. Educationally, Jason earned a BTEC Foundation Diploma and a BTEC National Diploma in Art/Art Studies from South Essex College of Further and Higher Education between 2008 and 2010, and a BTEC National Certificate in Art & Design from Seevic College from 2006 to 2008.
