Stefanie Sanford is an accomplished leader in civic engagement and policy advocacy with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at the National Constitution Center and President of Civic Ventures at both Alithi Management Consulting and Humanitae Advisors since March 2024, Sanford focuses on enhancing civic knowledge and dialogue. Previously, as Chief of Global Policy & External Relations at The College Board, Sanford led efforts to address educational inequities and served as Director of Policy & Advocacy at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where innovative education strategies were developed. With roles spanning from Director of Technology Policy in the Texas Governor's Office to a White House Fellow, Sanford possesses a robust background in shaping policies across education, technology, and civic engagement. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Political Communication from The University of Texas at Austin, an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, and a BS in Communication from Texas Christian University.
