Ashley Nelson is currently the Head of Content Design at Instacart, where they lead the integration of AI to enhance Content Design thinking. With over 16 years of experience, including eight years at Google, Ashley has crafted impactful narratives and established best practices that focus on human-centric experiences. They founded the Trends Storytelling discipline at Google and previously launched KNSTRCT, a successful digital art and design publication that achieved significant global readership. Ashley is pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
