Rick Charest is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in restaurant technology operations. Currently serving as Senior IT Manager at Inspire Brands since December 2020, Rick leads vendor engagement and strategic stakeholder collaboration for digital menu boards at Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins restaurants. Prior to this role, Rick held multiple positions at Dunkin', including IT Product Manager, and also served as IT Solutions Manager and Senior IT Analyst. Rick's career began at CVS Health, where responsibilities included managing a project leader team and overseeing user acceptance testing of IT systems, followed by store management at CVS Pharmacy. Rick holds a BS in IT Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
