Michele Zorrilla is an Advanced Senior User Experience Researcher at Insomniac Games, where they lead user research on studio projects throughout the development cycle and help direct accessibility efforts. Previously, they held several roles at Activision, including Senior User Researcher and Central User-Testing Moderator, contributing to multiple titles across various platforms. Michele earned a Master’s degree in Corporate and Professional Communication from Radford University, where they also served as a Graduate Teaching Fellow. Their educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Central Washington University and an Associate of Arts in Natural Science from Pasadena City College.
