Merav Bar is an experienced HR professional with a solid background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at INSIGHTEC since June 2021, Merav provides strategic HR guidance to senior leaders and has successfully implemented change management strategies. Prior to this role, Merav worked as a Human Resources Generalist at XACT Robotics, where significant contributions included establishing a Mid-Management team and supporting HR operations throughout the employee life cycle. Merav also held positions such as HRBP & Recruitment Manager at NILIT LTD, focusing on full-cycle recruitment and HR advisory, and has a strong foundation in human resources management gained from earlier roles at Visonic, Landa Digital Printing, and PRIVILEGED LIMITED. Merav holds multiple degrees, including an MA in Organizational Consulting & Development and an MA in Sociology & Human Resources from the University of Haifa, along with a BA in Human Resources & Political Science.
