Magali Higgins-Casey is the Global Head of Leadership & Management Development, passionate about developing leadership energy within teams. They began their career at Software Spectrum from 2005 to 2009 as a Formatrice, later working as a Learning & Development Specialist at Insight from 2015 to 2017. Magali has also held roles as the Global Head of Leadership & Team Development and EMEA Head of Leadership & Management Development. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in European Business Studies from the Technological University of the Shannon and various certifications in coaching and applied neuroscience.
