Olsen Dhaba is a professional currently serving as a Product Owner at RealFi since January 2024 and at Input Output (IOHK) since July 2021, where also held the role of Strategy Associate (Product). Prior experience includes a position as Senior Analyst at the Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency from April 2019 to July 2021, where contributions included designing use cases for remote sensing to estimate agricultural yield for 4.5 million farmers and leading the rollout of management software that improved planning for ~500 employees. Olsen also served as an Analyst at the Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Agency, collaborating with the FAO on econometric models to assess impact over a decade. Previously, Olsen was the Founding Chapter President at ShARE, overseeing the chapter's establishment and member recruitment across three campuses at Addis Ababa University, and completed an internship as a Full-stack Developer at EXCEED IT SYSTEMS LIMITED. Academic credentials encompass a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Addis Ababa University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Arsi University, with ongoing education at Carnegie Mellon University.
