Jodi Cottell is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles related to people operations and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a People Operations Generalist at Input Output (IOHK) since June 2021, Jodi manages employee pre-boarding and off-boarding, payroll preparation, and HR projects while maintaining essential documentation and metrics. Previous positions include roles at Home@Scope as a Recruitment Coordinator, David Jones as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, and L.E.K. Consulting as an HR Coordinator, where Jodi developed strong skills in recruitment, compliance, and HR administration.
