Agata Stasiuk is a seasoned Project Manager with a robust background in managing diverse projects across various industries, particularly in digital and e-commerce domains. Currently employed at Input Output (IOHK) since May 2021, Agata has previously held positions as a Delivery Lead at Potato and as a Freelance Senior Project Manager at ekino London. With extensive experience at companies including Somo Ltd, Positive London, and Draftfcb, Agata has developed expertise in project scoping, costing, resource planning, user experience, and management of design and development phases. Agata possesses strong skills in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies and is proficient in MS Project. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Psychology of Marketing from Uniwersytet SWPS and dual Master’s and Bachelor's degrees in Economics from the University of Gdansk.
