Dmitry Glotov is a Chief Technology Officer with over 19 years of experience in leading large-scale technology initiatives, primarily within the FinTech and telecom sectors. Currently, Dmitry oversees a team of 180+ engineers at Innotech and manages an annual IT budget of approximately €12 million, focusing on core banking platforms and agile delivery models. Previously, they held pivotal roles such as CTO at Ростелеком, where they managed 220+ engineers and were responsible for an annual project portfolio of around €15 million, contributing to significant advancements like the "Smart City" platform. Dmitry holds an MBA from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation and a degree in engineering from Orel State Technical University.
