Manuel Rodriguez currently serves as the Corporate Director of Food and Beverage at Innisfree Hotels since November 2020, following a distinguished career in the culinary field. As the Executive Chef and President of Trusst Catering since July 2016, and previously the Executive Chef at CRAVE Restaurant from August 2014 to February 2016, Rodriguez has demonstrated leadership and expertise in food service. Additional experience includes roles as a Chef at The Cheesecake Factory, Elephant and Castle, and U.S. Capitol, along with a position as Sous Chef at Cafe Deluxe. Rodriguez's culinary education was completed at The Art Institutes from 2005 to 2007.
