Bálint Elekes is currently a Master in Management (MBA) graduate student at the University of Deusto. They serve as a Project Control Specialist at INNIO Group, having previously held roles such as Junior Project Manager at Royal Haskoning DHV, where they conducted research on the integration of sustainable measures in the seismic reinforcement of homes in Groningen. Bálint completed internships with Gemeente Groningen and Kenniscentrum NoorderRuimte, focusing on maintenance assessments and seismic reinforcement methods. They also served as the Chairman of the Board for the student water polo association G.S.Z.C. De Walvisch in Groningen.
