Jessica Bendel serves as the Director of Talent Management and Organization Development for EMEA at Ingram Micro since May 2022, where key achievements include the creation of the award-winning Global Talent Development Journey and the development of an EMEA DEIB strategy. Prior to this, Jessica held several roles at H&M from January 2016 to May 2022, including Regional Head of Talent for South Europe and Regional Change Lead, focused on talent management, strategic HR initiatives, and organizational transformation. Jessica's career also includes experience in sales and business development across various organizations, with educational qualifications encompassing an Executive MBA and a Bachelor in Psychology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
