Eda Okay Riehl is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in regional compliance management across the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and CIS regions. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Compliance at Ingram Micro since May 2017, Eda leads the compliance program for the entirety of the assigned regions, advising business leaders and overseeing internal investigations and risk assessments. Previously, as Regional Compliance Director at B/S/H Turkey from December 2013 to December 2016, Eda designed and led compliance initiatives across diverse jurisdictions while managing a team of compliance officers. Eda's early career includes significant legal roles at MediaMarkt Turkey, where responsibilities spanned from Senior Legal Counsel to Director, General Counsel, overseeing legal affairs and compliance operations. Eda began legal training at Gün + Partners and holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of Exeter, complemented by a law degree from Galatasaray Üniversitesi.
