Mark Wolfert is a senior leader with extensive experience in IT infrastructure, cloud services, and data management in the global financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Consumer Enablement, Global Infrastructure at ING, Mark combines transformation leadership with operational excellence to enhance the efficiency and reliability of large-scale organizations. Throughout their career, Mark has successfully led strategic change programs and day-to-day operations, notably in mortgage origination and cloud enablement, while also managing regulatory compliance and risk frameworks. Mark holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and is pursuing an Executive Development Program at IMD.
