Lin Chen, CFA, is currently the Team Head at ING BT Finance MM&BSM, providing financial advisory in money market and balance sheet management since 2016. They completed various roles at ING, including Senior Financial Analyst and Senior Auditor, and participated in the ING International Talent Programme. Lin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics, Economics, Psychology, and Mathematics, summa cum laude, from University College Utrecht and a Master of Science in Financial Economics from Universiteit Maastricht. Prior to their current position, Lin engaged in internships and management trainee roles within the ING organization, gaining extensive experience across multiple finance domains.
