Agata Cieslar is a UX/CX Consultant and UX Lead with over 14 years of experience in creating enterprise software, SaaS, and R&D applications across various global markets. Currently a UX Senior Expert at ING, they previously served as a UX Lead at Roche, where they co-created a UX service and played a pivotal role in the department's growth. Agata has also co-founded and led a UX/UI team at Iterators Digital, and served as a lecturer in HCi at the Polish-Japanese Institute of Information Technology. They hold a master's degree in Social Psychology of IT and Communication and pursued PhD studies in Psychology at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw (SWPS).
