Tom Conley is the President and CEO of The Conley Group, Inc., a position they have held since 1976. They served as a Commissioner for the Iowa Civil Rights Commission from 2012 to 2017 and participated as a member of the Executive Committee Council for ASIS International's Law Enforcement Liaison Council since 1986. Conley is also a past Iowa Chapter President and current Board Member of the InfraGard National Members Alliance and has been involved with the International Foundation for Protection Officers, serving as Past International Board Chair and currently as Board Member since 1998. Additionally, Conley retired as a Commander from the U.S. Navy Police after serving from 1990 to 2017 and holds a Master of Arts in Business Leadership from Upper Iowa University.
