With a strong background in operational excellence and lean manufacturing, they previously held roles including Lean Consultant at True North Lean Consulting, Director of Lean Manufacturing at Valerus, and Vice President and General Manager at Capacity of Texas, Inc. Nick's career also includes significant experience in the United States Marine Corps and various positions at Crane Aerospace and Electronics, demonstrating their expertise in manufacturing metrics and continuous improvement. They are actively pursuing a BS in Business Management from Liberty University and an AAS in Business Management from Paradise Valley.
