Vanditha Srikanth is a seasoned HR professional with over 19 years of experience specializing in employee relations, employee experience, and HR transformation. They have effectively managed large and diverse HR programs across the employee life cycle in their current role. Vanditha held various key positions at Infosys between 2014 and 2018, including Senior Practice Lead - HR Delivery and Senior Principal roles in Employee Relations and Employee Experience.
