Norman Gonsalves is currently the Services Head of Client Operations at Infosys, a position held since 2014. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Manager for Business Intelligence and Analytics at eClerx from 2010 to 2014. Norman's career began at Wipro BPO, where they worked as a Senior Group Leader from 2001 to 2006, and they also held positions as Assistant Manager at TCeS in 2006-2007 and Team Operations Manager at Hutchison 3 Global Services (now Tech Mahindra Business Services) from 2007 to 2010. They earned a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from ITM Group of Institutions between 2006 and 2008.
