Ann Mickle serves as the Group Head of Compliance at Informa since January 2016, leading the development of comprehensive compliance programs encompassing international trade sanctions, data privacy, investigations, and anti-bribery initiatives. Prior to this role, Ann was the Senior Manager of Corporate Compliance for OSI Systems, overseeing compliance in the EMEA region, and held the position of Corporate Relations Manager for Compliance and Ethics at Diageo, where strategic communication and stakeholder engagement were prioritized. Ann's career also includes a sabbatical for travel and personal development, along with various roles at Diageo focused on employee engagement and corporate responsibility. Ann holds an MSc in Management and a BA in English from Loughborough University, as well as ongoing postgraduate studies in Governance, Risk, and Compliance at The University of Manchester, alongside certifications in Compliance and Data Privacy.
