Previous positions at Infor include Senior Manager in Cloud Managed Services and Service Delivery Manager, where Prasad managed complex customer contract operations and drove application management services for high-profile clients. Earlier career experience includes serving as Senior Customer Service Engineer at Toshiba Transmission & Distribution System and Maintenance Engineer at BMF Beltings Ltd. Prasad holds a Diploma in Business Management from ICFAI and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
